Two Sites for Optimised Production
In addition to our main headquarters, we have a second operational facility in Mozzate, dedicated to the warehouse and assembly department, covering a further 1500 sqm. This arrangement allows us to optimise logistics and order management, ensuring greater speed and organisation.

Transfer of Business Unit Related to the Pump Assembly & Automation Department
New premises in Carbonate and commencement of operations in the moulding department with traditional presses. 2012: divestment of the "pump assembly & automation" division to focus on plastic injection moulding.
The workplace location, due to the expansion of the target markets, was initially moved to Cislago and subsequently to Mozzate.
Maflex Ltd is established with Marco Ravazzani leading alongside Giancarlo, introducing co-moulding with vertical presses. The headquarters is first moved to Cislago, then to Mozzate.
Starting from the garage of their own home, during the initial years of operation, the company relocated to Venegono Inferiore and increasingly specialised in the assembly line production of plastic components related to the white goods industry.
Maflex was founded in 1975 through the initiative of Giancarlo Ravazzani, establishing the family's first company in the home appliance spare parts sector and the assembly of components for washing machines. From its early days in a garage, the business grew and relocated to Venegono Inferiore, specialising in the chain assembly of plastic parts for the white goods industry.
