Per accompanying our journey towards Industry 4.0 and 5.0, Maflex collaborates with Wittmann Digital, an Italian software house specialized in MES 4.0 systems for the plastic molding sector. The integration of advanced digital solutions allows for the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of production processes in real-time, improving operational efficiency, product quality, and production traceability, supporting a concrete and measurable digital transformation.
Maflex uses TEMI+, the MES system dedicated to plastic materials molding, to monitor and manage automatically and intuitively every phase of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and traceability.
Maflex uses IMAGO XT, an advanced system for monitoring energy consumption, integrated with the MES TEMI+, which allows real-time analysis of energy flows and optimizes the efficiency of production processes.
Maflex has invested in photovoltaic systems at both production sites, promoting a model of self-generated electricity aimed at reducing consumption and enhancing energy efficiency.
