ETHICS AND PRINCIPLES OF ACTION

Compliance is an essential element for business success, as it ensures that our operations are conducted with integrity and transparency, in compliance with regulations and ethical principles. A fundamental document is the Model of Organization, Management, and Control pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 which defines an organizational framework to prevent illegal behaviors, strengthening our commitment to responsible management.
Through this model, we aim to promote a culture of legality and ethics within our company. This latter aspect is explored in the company's code of ethics, which represents the guide for daily behaviors and decisions, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and mutual respect, essential for our work environment.

The people represent the human capital of every Society and, as such, are individuals to be protected and valued. It is therefore Maflex's intention, in conducting its business, to operate according to ethics, which is a fundamental condition for success and an essential asset for the Company.

Furthermore, a company adopts an ethical behavior when it embraces the social values that underlie our civilization. MAFLEX is aware that it is not enough to apply the laws; it is necessary to make the ethical principles and the culture in which it recognizes itself common, widespread, and shared.

In this sense, Maflex develops its own Ethical Code integrated with the Organization, Management, and Control Model ex D.lgs. 231/01. This is to promote the sharing and awareness of the fundamental values for a company that, first of all, is a group of people who promote a virtuous growth, rooted in the ethical principles that have always characterized our reality.

Maflex increasingly seeks to act as a positive force, to promote a conscious and different way of doing business and to have a positive impact on society and nature, to contribute to a sustainable development.

The main values that underpin the activity are:
